1. Submission of entries for MC2 OOH Series starts on March 1, 2019 and closes at 5:00pm on May 31, 2019. By entering, all contestants agree to abide and be bound by the terms
and conditions and the decisions of Sledgehammer Communications (M) Sdn Bhd.

2. All entries must have run as Out Of Home (OOH) media 
between July 01, 2018 and May 30, 2019 on participating platforms.

3. Entries submitted must resemble the exact image as released to the public.

4. All entries must be actual work and not speculative or scam entries.

5. The entry is not speculative or conceptual advertising and has not been banned.

6. Sledgehammer Communications (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to showcase finalists
and winners in various ways and publication at the sole discretion of Sledgehammer
Communications. The entrant grants the organizers permission to show material from
the entries at the awards presentation and at any time as deemed appropriate.

7. Judges’ decisions are final.

10. Only completed entries, together with images and descriptions will be accepted.

Members of the Outdoor Advertising Association of Malaysia (OAAM) have agreed to support MERCY Malaysia’s humanitarian efforts using their media platforms. The organiser Sledgehammer Communications (M) Sdn Bhd have wavered all costs pertaining to organising, hosting and processing this  competition towards this same cause.
